Equality plan

Opinno, from its origins, has been an avant-garde, diverse company, committed since its foundation to society and always at its epicentre equality, diversity and sustainability, assuming as part of its business success to have in its organisation a group of diverse professionals and avoiding any type of discrimination, for reasons of sex, race, religion, ideas, nationality, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, origin or any other condition, generating a high impact on its ecosystem. Opinno's transversal areas of “in house” advice have made a real effort to generate trust and communicate with transparency all those values that have permeated its corporate policies and its ethical commitment.

To this end, the company has made great efforts to train its work team by creating multidisciplinary committees that integrate all perspectives of knowledge in order to guarantee the company's commitment based on the principles of equality, diversity, sustainability, transparency and compliance, as well as focusing on the impact that can be generated by the active participation of all its agents, both internally and externally.

Therefore, on July 7th, 2022, by Resolution of the The Directorate General of Employment (DGE) in the Ministry of Labour, it was resolved to register this Plan in the Register of Equality Plans, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of RD 901/2020 of October 13th, 2022.
