We designed the employer branding strategy of an important electric company
Today companies have to face the struggle for human talent if they want to increase productivity and strengthen their competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic and diverse market. On the other hand, the new generations demand to surround themselves with a space that motivates and inspires them. The design in the offices, for example, is a clear upward trend, where aspects like maximum comfort begin to be indispensable.
A major German electrical sector company contacted Opinno to decide on the Global talent attraction strategy and create an employer brand proposal that will guarantee access to the best talent.
Time flexibility, parking facilities, a free eating space or coffee are no longer enough extras to attract the worker and ensure job satisfaction
For this reason, our consultants raised three key objectives to create an employer brand:
Identify motivations for different actual and potential employee profiles
Co-create disruptive solutions to solve the identified necessities
Prioritize the solutions to implement in the short termDuring the execution of the project they carried out co-creation sessions where the employees of the company, together with the consultants, obtained ideas to create an attractive employer brand, some of the ideas were:
Redesigning employee onboard
Activities of team building
Communication of company values through social networks
They also designed an implementation roadmap to create a global employer brand that would attract profiles from both Latin America and the Asian market.
The solutions raised sought to turn employees into brand ambassadors, fostering the worker's experience, caring for the corporate media and information that is transmitted on social networks.
