Arancha Martínez joins our Master Breakfast
For this edition of our Master breakfast in Opinno, we had the pleasure of welcoming Arancha Martínez, Social Entrepreneur and CEO at itwillbe.org and Director of Charities at ComGo.
Arancha holds a degree in Business Sciences and International Relations from ICADE, and has studied history at UNED and a master's degree in NGO management.
At the age of 24, she was convinced that changing the world was possible in some way. For this reason, in 2008 he traveled to India to collaborate as a cooperator with a clear objective: to become an active agent of change. It was in this country that he discovered his passion: to leverage his knowledge and experience in marketing and strategic finance to apply them to the social sector and try to maximize the social impact of cooperation and humanitarian action projects.
In 2009 he founded It Will Be, an organization that aims to bring efficiency and professionalism to the humanitarian sector in order to maximize aid and funds reaching many more people. Its greatest achievement has been the creation of a system of recognition and monitoring of vulnerable undocumented groups to arouse interest and get many NGOs and humanitarian action organizations to improve their interventions. This innovative system will soon be used in India, Senegal, Tunisia and Western Sahara, among other places.

It will be wanting to transform the situations that are at the root of inequalities is the key; and that is not only due, but it can be. It is well known that the International Cooperation sector brings with it many social challenges. Challenges that have not been solved today and call for help. To solve these challenges, it is necessary to attract talent, professionals capable of innovating and replicating technologies that have revolutionized other sectors in order to find new business models and solutions.
Since 2008, this organization has been divided into two areas of Development Cooperation. The first supports international cooperation projects with predictable social impact. And secondly, in Spain, they try to create a social conscience in their society. By raising awareness, they want to involve as many people as possible to add to the challenges facing the sector.
