Quality and Environmental Management

Opinno, whose activity involves innovation and digital transformation strategy; cultural transformation and new forms of work; the design of products, services, and customer experience; the management of innovation communities; innovation and technology content; the design and development of digital solutions; and the prototyping of digital solutions, has a documented quality and environmental management policy specified in the following points:

• Compliance with legal and technical requirements, as well as any others subscribed to regarding the environmental aspects generated by its work activity.
• Commitment to pursue pollution prevention, environmental protection, as well as any specific requirements relevant to the organization's context.
• Orientation of the Company's activities and decisions to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Ensure the quality and proper environmental management of all activities in order to guarantee the services provided to customers.
• To promote staff autonomy and initiative to contribute more effectively to achieving Opinno's objectives.
• Maintain a spirit of continuous improvement of effectiveness in all activities related to the system and customers.
• Opinno's management and staff share and understand this management system as a way of working for each and every one of its activities.
• This quality and environmental management policy has been communicated to all members of the Company's staff, as well as to all personnel and organizations working on behalf of Opinno, and is understood, applied, and kept up-to-date at all levels of the organization. Its effectiveness and compliance are regularly monitored.

Similarly, this integrated management policy is available to any person or organization interested in learning about it.

Management establishes and reviews its environmental and quality goals and objectives for each area, using the defined policy as a framework, setting responsibilities for their achievement, establishing action criteria, and allocating necessary resources, in order to achieve the general goals and objectives of the integrated management policy.
