We have organized the fourth Customer Experience Summit in collaboration with IE University and Proqualitas. In this edition, we have generated a different dynamic, so there will be different actions every day.
In addition, we have given a twist to the theme and we focus on the Customer Experience within the organization, facing employees, leaders and digitization, and how these internal experiences consolidate the Customer Experience culture and are reflected externally.
- Monday: Presentation of CX trends. Analysis of different studies and trends around the 3 axes to work on.
- Tuesday: Success stories. We will present 3 cases of Chilean companies.
- Wednesday: Summit. Balvinder Powar from IE will present and then there will be a panel discussion.
- Thursday: Master Class. We will conduct 3 Master Class of 30 minutes on the three topics.
- Friday: Tool kit. Delivery of tools / application tips to improve the CX in relation to the 3 topics.
Participants can register individually for each experience or for the whole week.
